The consortium formed by Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners, Richard Rogers, Luis Vidal + architects, Auding-Intraesa, Carlos Fernandez Casado and Fhecor, has been selected by ADIF as one of the ten international teams that will develop proposals for the transformation of the Chamartín station. In this initial phase of the tender, the consortium of which Fhecor is a part has obtained the second highest score in the assessment of technical and professional solvency. Over the next few months, the ten selected teams will prepare their alternatives for this complex architectural, urban and engineering intervention.

This project constitutes the start of Operation Chamartín that will reconfigure the entire northern area of the city of Madrid creating a powerful nucleus of communications, office and residential buildings. Fhecor will provide to this multidisciplinary team its proven experience over more than 30 years in the development of transport infrastructure projects that require innovative structural solutions.
