The Madrid City Council has awarded LOT 2: Districts of Salamanca, Chamartín, Carabanchel, Usera, Puente de Vallecas, Moratalaz, Hortaleza, Villaverde, Villa de Vallecas, Vicálvaro, San Blas, and Barajas included in the contract for technical assistance for the drafting of specialized studies, preliminary projects and projects for the execution of construction works in municipal parking areas, both existing and new. The joint venture between FHECOR and ANETO CONSULTORES, S.L. has won the framework agreement with a maximum budget of 1.797.154 € (VAT excluded) and a total execution time of 48 months.
The works will include economic studies of current concessions; mobility and traffic studies; studies for the legal feasibility of concession modifications; analysis of the legal and economic feasibility of request for economic rebalancing, which may be submitted by concessionaire companies; planning instruments, including Strategic Environmental Assessment; preparatory feasibility study for LCSP concessions and preliminary project for construction and operation of works and works projects for the Environment and Mobility Area of the City Council.
