The Madrid City Council has awarded the LOT 1 for the Technical Assistance for drawing up the Execution Projects for the Architectural and Heritage Area of the Madrid City Council. This LOT covers the Central Area of Madrid, Tetuán, Salamanca, Moratalaz, and Chamartín. The project has an expected duration of 24 months, from January 20, 2022 to January 19, 2024.
FHECOR will provide assistance for preparing the technical documentation needed for the works to realize. These works comprise the new construction, demolition, expansion, and rehabilitation of municipal buildings and areas dependent on the Architectural and Heritage Area of the Madrid City Council.
In all these projects, FHECOR will use BIM methodologies, making use of our increasing expertise in the field.
