The Madrid City Council has awarded FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores S.A. in J.V. with ANETO Consultores S.L. the contract for CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL ASSURANCE FOR THE CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE OF THE WORKS TO BE EXECUTED BY THE PLANNING AND MOBILITY INFRASTRUCTURES MANAGEMENT AREA. Specifically, the LOT 2: CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL ASSURANCE FOR THE CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN NEW MUNICIPAL PARKING AREAS. The contract length is 24 months.
The aim is to provide technical assistance to the Contract Director in the construction works for the newly created parking areas (residential, rotational, mixed, and dissuasive) for the correct fulfillment of its functions during the execution, reception, and final certification. Furthermore, the goal is to provide technical office and material support to elaborate studies, reports, and technical notes.
In all works of this project, a BIM Execution Plan will be created and implemented to improve the collaboration and integrated management areas according to the BIM methodology.
