The work involved drafting the project to define the necessary tasks for repairing and renewing obsolete facilities, as well as remodeling the parking spaces located at Calle de Montalbán No. 4, Madrid.

The parking facility consists of two underground levels, each with an approximate area of 4,170 m². It accommodates a total of 274 parking spaces for four-wheeled vehicles, distributed as 139 spaces on the first basement level and 145 spaces on the second basement level.

The construction project was developed using BIM methodology with a Level of Detail (LOD) 300, applied during project drafting, construction execution, and the delivery of the "As-Built" documentation.
