DRAFTING OF THE BASIC AND EXECUTION PROJECT FOR THE AQUATIC CENTER WITH THALASSOTHERAPY, SALT PRODUCTION, AND A 5-STAR LUXURY HOTEL ON PLOT 244-F OF THE COSTA TEGUISE URBANIZATION
The building is a continuous, irregular, multi-level structure shaped like an inverted U, creating an open space at the seafront promenade level where complementary facilities are located.
The project includes:
-709 parking spaces (18 of which are adapted for accessibility).
-3 single rooms, 252 double rooms, 40 suites, 60 suites with private pools, and 1 premium suite.
-Sports facilities and an advanced thalassotherapy wellness center.
The project was developed using BIM Methodology, with a BIM model at LOD 300.
Singular topography: the concept is to expose the rock through excavations in the center of the plot.
Residential modules feature 40 cm-deep waffle slabs that accommodate the building’s main cantilevers and reduce weight in the interior spans.
The presence of distinctive buildings creates open-plan spaces on the lower floors, resolved with composite beams to support the upper levels.
