The works have involved providing services for the definition of the foundation, retaining structures, and structural system of the buildings that make up the Madrid City of Justice (Lot 2), with a distributed floor area as follows:

Above-ground built area: 224,829 m²
Below-ground built area: 93,247 m²
TOTAL BUILT AREA: 318,076 m²

The building is configured with a three-level podium above the ground floor, supporting four blocks, each with five floors. Below the ground floor level, there are two or three basement levels, depending on the zone.

The building has been divided into 7 independent structures, separated by expansion joints. The retaining system consists of basement walls constructed on both sides. The foundation is a shallow foundation using pad footings on caissons, except in the northern area, where thicker fill layers required a pile foundation system. The structural system of the buildings is entirely reinforced concrete, featuring columns and flat slab floors with permanent waffle pods.

A BIM model has been developed: LOD 150 for the basic design and LOD 300 for the construction design.
