Technical report on the strategy for repairing cracks in 22 concrete caissons.

For Caisson F-12: Measures to be taken after hydrodemolition. Repair of visible reinforcement on the upper surface of the outer wall (land side).

For Caisson F-9: [Please specify the required actions if any, or confirm if only F-12 is mentioned for repairs.]

The works for the construction of the new South Port of Aberdeen pier include the production of 22 concrete caissons, each 51 meters long, 17.7 meters wide, and 16.15 meters high. Due to their size, it was decided to manufacture them in A Coruña (Spain). Once the manufacturing process was completed, they were transported by ship to Scotland. After positioning the units within the new port, they were filled with granular material.
