The new five-star hotel will be located next to the Palacio de Congresos ExpoMeloneras, in the Meloneras tourist hub. It will feature 533 rooms, along with seven floors dedicated to hotel use. Additionally, it will include three floors for commercial and administrative areas, as well as an underground parking facility with 508 spaces and 10 additional surface-level spaces.

The work involved supporting the Architecture team and the Property in developing solutions aligned with the intended design.

The construction project was defined using BIM Methodology, with a BIM model at LOD 300.
