FHECOR was retained by B&J Consulting Engineers Inc. to provide structural engineering services for the Schematic Design phase of a tower located in Miami, U.S.A.

The tower belongs to a singular residential complex of 3 towers that share a 9 levels podium and includes hotel and parking services.

Tower III: 260.0 m high-rise tower block, concrete core and two level of outrigger.
