The IH-30 direct connector allows the traffic headed east on IH-30 to connect with the IH-35 Managed Lanes headed North, crossing over the General Purpose Lanes and Luella St. It is an 18-span bridge with an S-shaped layout. The design involved the widening of an existing structure and the design of a variety of pier typologies.

FHECOR was responsible for the detailed design of the structure (EOR).
